Payment and Delivery Terms

The payment processing service and payment service provider is Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the payment recipient on bank statements or card invoices and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj holds a payment institution licence.

Delivery Time

Delivery time is normally 1-5 business days from order confirmation. A longer delivery time may be due to high order volume, stock availability, or other exceptional circumstances.

• Pickup: Free (pickup time must be arranged)

Delivery Address

The order will be delivered to the address you provide at checkout. Please ensure the address is correct, as we are not responsible for difficulties in receiving products sent to incorrect addresses.

Reporting Delivery Problems

Right of Return

You have the right to return products within 14 days of receiving the order without giving any reason. The return period is calculated from the day you received the product.

Return Conditions

• The product must be unused and in its original condition
• The original packaging and any additional materials must be returned
• The product must have no markings or damage
• Commercially used items or demonstration units are not eligible for return

Return Process

To request a return, contact us by email at niko.vastamaki@vastnicon.com. Please include your order number and the reason for the return. Return instructions will be sent to your email.

Return Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a product defect. Return costs for defective products will be reimbursed by us.

Refund

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return. Bank transfer refunds may take the longest.

Defective or Damaged Products

If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service immediately. We will cover the return shipping and any other reasonable costs.

Liability

Vastnicon Oy is not liable for indirect damages, losses, or other consequential damages arising from the use of products or failure to deliver.

Price Changes

Vastnicon Oy reserves the right to change product prices at any time. The price shown at the time of placing the order applies to that order.

Governing Law

These terms and all orders are governed by Finnish law.
