The customer has the right to return a purchased product within 14 days of purchase without any reason. The product must be in its original condition and original packaging.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
After an accepted return, the product batch is returned, and the refund is processed within 14 days.
