[E01] Power Supply Error
Symptoms: Red LED, device does not start
Solution Steps:
- Check power outlet
- Test with another outlet
- Ensure you are using the correct voltage (230V)
- Replace the power cable fuses
- Contact support if the problem persists
[E02] Sensor Error
Symptoms: Display shows '---', inaccurate measurements
Solution Steps:
- Check sensor connections
- Clean the sensor surface
- Check calibration in settings
- Try resetting calibration
- If persists, sensor may be defective
[E03] Communication Error
Symptoms: No network connection, LED flashes red
Solution Steps:
- Check Ethernet cable
- Try another port on the switch
- Check IP address in settings
- Reset to factory defaults (RESET)
- Update device firmware
[E04] Memory Error
Symptoms: Settings reset, device does not remember calibration
Solution Steps:
- Restart the device
- Try resetting memory in settings
- Re-save settings
- Ensure sufficient voltage to maintain memory
- Memory may be damaged, service required
[E05] Temperature Too High/Low
Symptoms: Device shuts down automatically, yellow warning
Solution Steps:
- Ensure adequate ventilation around the device
- Move device to a cooler location
- Remove obstructions from device fan
- Clean dust from filters
- Wait 1 hour before restarting
[E06] Measurement Deviation
Symptoms: Measurements are inaccurate or wrong
Solution Steps:
- Perform full calibration
- Check sensor integrity
- Check measurement point in tank
- Ensure correct measurement range in settings
- Change filters if in use
